I'm currently providing massage therapy & skin care services at the local fitness center in Amsterdam, NY.

Graduate from The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in NYC with an Associate in Occupational Studies degree (AOS) 1200 hours for Massage; Plus over 600 hours of C.E.U's & Personal Training Certificate 600 hours.

Aesthetic Science Institute Latham, NY for skin care with 1200 hours in Advanced Esthetics approved by the International CIDESCO curriculum which included Nails, Paramedical Aesthetics & Laser.

RCC for Business Management A.A. Degree.

Member of AMTA, ABMP, ASCP & PBA.

I bring over 18 years of experience into the practice and offer a signature & eclectic blending of  therapeutic hollistic Western & Eastern modalities.

My bodywork techniques range from swedish, sports, medical, shiatsu, acupressure, trigger point & myofacial massage. Depending upon your needs you may experience only one technique  or up to five on a visit. I truly enjoy facilitating your personal goals towards wellness, empowerment and improvement!

I also have a wide knowledge in skin care which include Chemical & Mechanical Exfoliation like Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Lactic peels & Enzymes for anti-aging, fine lines, wrinkles, aged & acne skin.

My most recent certifications is a series for skin rejuvenation that combines Massage & Skin Care that will help reduce fine lines & wrinkles that increases the production of collagen & oxygenation to the skin by either Guasha Facial Massage, Natural Face Lift Massage(Indian Champissage) & Acupressure Facial & Body Rejuvenation.

Because of the nature of my practice I only book by appointment only.
